He is a teacher at my local high school. He cares most his students, giving extra help to those who need it, and recognition to all students, not just over achievers. I have seen the hard work, long hours, and delirious stress that he goes through every day. Despite all of the severe aspects, he enjoys his job. At the end of the school year as he sees his students achieve beyond the goals he has set, he is proud of each student and all of the prior frustration was well worth it. I believe I have these qualities and am prepared to keep practicing them in my classroom.
